Types of content can be displayed on the InfoStations

1. WVU calendar feed which pull from cal.wvu.edu
2. Item pages with custom background. Content text is updated using a web form.
3. Custom pages that play departmentally designed graphics. All designs must be professional.

How do I get my content on the InfoStations?

If your department would like to pull information from the WVU calendar or create custom data pages contact InfoStations@mail.wvu.edu to set up a meeting. The InfoStations staff will meet to discuss needs and what type or types of pages would be best to serve your department. Page templates will be designed by the InfoStation staff and databases will be created to house content.

Requirements for creating custom graphics

• Horizontal Requirements:
• WIDTH: 1920 pixels
• HEIGHT: 1080 pixels
• RESOLUTION: 72 pixels per inch
• IMAGE MODE: RGB Color
• FILE TYPE: JPEG

• Vertical Requirements:
• WIDTH:1080 pixels
• HEIGHT: 1920 pixels
• RESOLUTION: 72 pixels per inch
• IMAGE MODE: RGB Color
• FILE TYPE: JPEG

Graphics must be approved by the InfoStations staff. Send completed designs to InfoStations@mail.wvu.edu for approval.
